Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

I. General terms 

The Organizer of the promotion is SYNTONIC DAWID KASOLIK.

The promotion is valid from December 24, 2025, to January 1, 2026, or until the promotional spots for a given course are exhausted.

The promotion applies to selected courses organized by the Organizer, as detailed in the promotional communications.

The offer does not apply to individuals applying for funding from BUR (Database of Training Services), KFS (National Training Fund), or the Labor Office.

II. Promotional Offer for New Participants (10% Discount on the First Course)

Definition of a New Participant: A New Participant is defined as a person who registers for a specific training organized by the Organizer for the first time during the promotional period.

Promotion Terms: A New Participant who registers and pays the deposit for a selected course during the promotional period shall receive a 10% discount off the standard price.

Execution: Registration for the selected training and payment of the deposit must be completed by January 1, 2026.

The discount applies to the base price of the course and can be combined with the "Refer Us and Get 5%" discount.

III. Special Offer for Registered Participants (15% Discount on the Second Training)

Definition of a Registered Participant: A Registered Participant is defined as a person who, prior to the start of this promotion (i.e., before December 24, 2025), has completed full registration and paid the deposit for their first course at Syntonic (covered by this promotion).

Special Offer Terms: A Registered Participant shall receive a 15% discount on a second training at Syntonic upon payment of the deposit for that training during the promotional period. Discount applies to the cheaper course. 

Scope of the Discount: The 15% discount can be used for any course organized by the Organizer (excluding the course for which the Participant is already registered). Discount applies to the cheapest course. 

Execution: To claim the 15% discount on the second training, the Registered Participant must contact the Organizer, refer to these Terms and Conditions, and confirm their status as a Registered Participant.

The discount does not apply to the P-DTR Clinical Workshops.

IV. Referral Program

"Refer Us and Get a 5% Discount" Promotion: A participant who invites a second person to a Syntonic training session earns an additional 5% discount for themselves. If this participant also registers and pays the deposit during the Christmas price reduction period, they will receive a total of 10% discount on the selected training.

V. Final Provisions

Participants cannot combine the 10% discount on the first course with the 15% discount on the second training.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, or to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without providing a reason, by publishing an announcement on its website.

For matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
